Liability Waiver Required for purchase of Powered Water Skis

To complete your order for the Powered Water Skis  Micro Vehicle™, you must first download, sign, and submit the Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver. 


Orders cannot be processed until your signed Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver is received by  Micro Vehicle Technology® (MVT) .


How to Proceed:

  

  1. Download the Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver (PDF) below.
  2. Initial where indicated and sign the Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver electronically or by hand.
  3. Email the completed Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver to info@MicroVehicleTechnology.com or upload it to your MVT customer account.
  4. Once your Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver is received, MVT will notify you that your purchase is ready to complete.
  5. Orders can only be finalized after the Powered Water Skis Liability Waiver is on file with MVT.
