These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and commercial enquiries of Micro Vehicle Technology® LLC (“MVT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Product purchases, engineering services, fleet programs and licensing arrangements may also require separate written agreements.

1. Product Information and Availability

Products, configurations and availability are subject to confirmation by MVT. Photographs, illustrations and renderings may show different configurations or optional features.

Your written quotation or purchase agreement identifies the products, equipment and services included in your order. Material changes to an accepted order require agreement between MVT and the customer.

2. Quotations, Orders and Payments

Before payment, MVT will provide written order details identifying the product or service, quantity, price, payment schedule, applicable taxes, shipping arrangements and anticipated fulfilment schedule.

Any required deposit and its cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before payment. Please obtain these details from MVT before submitting a deposit.

Orders require written acceptance by MVT. An enquiry, brochure download or request for a demonstration does not establish an order or reserve production capacity.

3. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production and shipping schedules depend on the agreed configuration, component availability and order requirements. MVT will communicate the anticipated shipping schedule before accepting an order.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the revised shipping information, consent options and cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Shipping charges and delivery arrangements will be identified in your written order documents. International orders require separate confirmation of shipping availability, import requirements and responsibility for duties and taxes.

4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return and refund conditions will be provided in writing before payment. These conditions will address the treatment of deposits and any authorized custom engineering, procurement or fabrication work.

To request a cancellation, return or refund, contact MVT using the details below. Please obtain return instructions before shipping equipment or other items.

Order-specific restrictions do not override refund rights or other remedies required by applicable law.

5. Warranty and Service

Any written warranty offered with a product will be available for review before purchase and will identify its coverage, duration, exclusions and claim procedure.

Installation, training, maintenance, replacement parts and service arrangements are included only when specified in the written order or service agreement.

These terms do not exclude or restrict warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

6. Product Use and Participation

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into the transaction. Operators must meet the age, training and other eligibility requirements applicable to the specific product or activity.

Product operation, charging, storage and transport must follow the applicable instructions and operating restrictions. Required safety equipment, instruction and participation documentation must be completed before use.

Demonstrations and visits are by arrangement. An appointment does not automatically include permission to operate equipment.

7. Engineering, Fleet and Licensing Agreements

Engineering projects, resort and fleet programs, sponsorships, dealership arrangements and patent licences require written agreement on their scope, fees, deliverables and respective responsibilities.

An enquiry or product purchase does not grant manufacturing rights, dealership status, territorial exclusivity or a patent licence to manufacture products.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, videos, drawings, logos and other materials belong to MVT or their respective owners, unless otherwise identified.

You may link to our public webpages. Reproduction or commercial use of website materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our * Privacy Policy.

10. Updates and Separate Agreements

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. Updates do not retroactively change an accepted order or signed agreement without the agreement required by law.

Where a separate written agreement addresses the same subject, its specific terms govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
